Moni mg ltd. Was found in 1992. Since the beginning of our business we have been dealing mainly with galvanization. It includes laying of protective coating on parts, which may be of the following types: Coatings of zinc, nickel, chrome, silver, copper, brass, gold and other. Moni mg is also specialized in electrostatic powder painting. Metal processing consists mainly of stamped parts production. Besides these operations the workshop has other technical capacities:
1. Make of parts - single or assembly parts.
2. Complex cuttings and perforations of parts of 1000 x 2000 mm and thickness up to 4 mm.
3. Set of assemblies and equipment with bow-fitting precision.
By the end of 2002 we commissioned our fourth workshop for tools manufacturing. Presently it satisfies the needs for tools used in the mechanical workshop and the die casting workshop, but we intend to expand it and to accept orders from customers.
The fifth workshop is for the die casting of the zamak parts. We produce our own products- down lights and door handles. Our main customers may be differentiated according to the type of production activities we offer. OEM Service:
